Jules is Google's asynchronous coding agent. It clones your repository into a Google Cloud VM, forms a plan, makes the changes, runs the tests and comes back with a diff and a pull request, all without you sitting and watching it. The asynchronous model is the point: it suits the queue of small, well-specified chores — dependency bumps, test coverage, bug fixes — that never quite reach the top of a sprint.
